I normally dont bother doing reviews but after dealing with OGD i feel that they deserve a satisfactory review. Our technician was really helpful. This is the only reason i gave this review 3 stars .Our garage door was stuck halfway down and he was able to get it repaired. Took him less than an hour. My problem was the company itself. I feel that i was overcharged to send a technician out to do a simple repair. Our garage door was repaired back in june and we were charged alot then by the company. Then just a few months later the same problem occured. Warranty didnt cover anything. Our technician was able to call the company and get the price to do the repair lowered is the only reason im not giving this review fewer stars. The company initially told us that they were cancelling the appointment due to us living so far out. Of course this is the day of the appointment and our door has been sitting half open for a day and a half. Then after i explained that they were the ones that repaired it the first time they actually sent someone out. By then my garage door was open for 2 whole nights. Then this morning when the technician arrived i was of course called into work and my son was home. The technician explained that he wasnt able to do any repairs until he was paid. I asked if they could just bill us and was told no. So if you plan to use this company definitely ask if they cover your area.

Did a great job in a very timely manner. Cost was a little high in my opinion but quality work.

The technician explained the various options for installation. I told him what I needed and he got what I wanted for my house.

I requested a call on Wednesday evening and someone was here before 10 a.m. the following morning. He was professional, fast, and explained exactly what was wrong with my garage door. The issue I called about was fixed and he discovered that wasps had short circuited the motor so he ordered the part to fix that as well. I'm very happy with the service I received.

David did a great job! He was efficient and very knowledgeable . He explained everything I needed to know about my new system and how to make any changes.
