This is one of those times where I wish more than five stars were possible. I called to see when they could come have a look at my garage door , expecting an appointment in a week or so. A little over 3 hours later, my door was tuned up and working great! Cody was extremely courteous and professional but also funny and tolerant of my somewhat exuberant coonhound. He explained very clearly and accurately what services he was going to perform and showed me how the door was supposed to operate. He also told me before he started what the job was going to cost .The job was done perfectly and in unbelievable record time. As an added attraction, this is a veteran-owned and operated company! I would absolutely recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever. The job was done as stated above in record time and the price was certainly fair. Honesty, integrity, professionalism and proficiency. In a word, OUTSTANDING!

I was very pleased with the OGD employee who arrived at my home earlier today. He clearly wanted to understand the issues I was experiencing and to remedy the problems. He was very professional in his approach as he assessed the concerns that I brought to his attention. He asked questions about my specific concerns and proceeded to evaluate the issues at hand. He was a good listener and asked for clarification as needed. He was genuinely interested in providing a remedy to what was causing the problems. He even called an OGD Representative who consulted with him on his findings and they discussed the problem and he completed the job. He was clearly focused on his evaluation and making the needed repairs, which he completed.

One of our garage doors came off its rails and was suspended by 2 thin cables. I contacted Overhead Garage Doors and a repair man arrived within several hours. He quickly repaired and rehung the door and checked out our other door as well. Very professional and competent repair man. I thought the cost was reasonable as well. I highly recommend OGD!!

Too fast Service and too good ,I would Recommend them

They were able to come out on short notice and replaced a broken spring plus lubed rollers and hinges and replaced the opener trolley. Made sure I was satisfied with work before he left. Gave me some tips on future maintenance I can do myself. Considering that technician was able to come out the same day I called, total price was fair. I was pleased with service I received

We have a couple of large roll doors at our warehouse. They were getting difficult to open and close and starting to pull away from the beams. The OGD service technician, Ben, was super friendly, knowledgeable and took care of our needs in just a couple of hours. We also signed up for the annual service visit to keep things running smoothly.

I found OGD through Angi. They were able to come to my home quickly. I needed a repair to a bracket that was ripped off from the top of the metal door. At first I was quoted a package price to make the repair which included replacing the roller discs on the track and lube and clean up the unit. It was honestly a pretty high quote. I agreed that the discs did appear to need replacing so it made sense to have that done while they were there but not at the price quoted. He didn’t pressure me but instead contacted his office and they were able to provide me with a much better and fair quote, so I agreed and he went to work. Overall, I am very happy with the job done. My garage door closes much smoother and quieter now. I will be calling them again to do my other garage door when I’m ready to have it done. I would recommend OGD. Quickly responds, and was able to work with me and got the job done on the spot.

I am so happy and pleased that my garage doors are working again. Jeff not only replaced the broken garage door opener but restored the operation of the second door without needing to replace the opener.
