As far as their response and that the tech was very polite, I was very pleased.
One spring broke and I called for service. The spring that broke was replaced three years ago, by them, and because the technician, then, didn’t document which spring broke, OGD, refused to honor the warranty.
That was $310 I didn’t feel that I should have had to pay, but did because I needed the door fixed. They do good work, but their honoring of their warranty is not the best.
