Being confined by a garage door that is your easiest means of handicapped egress is stressful. I was relieved that OGD was able to dispatch a tech within hours. David was cheerful, efficient and helpful, and I was operational before dinner. (I think David was late for his dinner, though - thank you David).

Appointment making was a breeze. The technician was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately their prices were exorbitant and I passed on having them perform the repair.
