OGD was fantastic!!!!! They came out the very same day that I reached out to them, plus I received a link via text to track the technicians time and route on his way to my house. My technician was Diego Lopez. He was very professional and very patient with me when I asked him a zillion questions and he always answered me genuinely and with a smile. He was thorough, honest, and highly knowledgeable. Not only was he a great technician but you can also tell immediately that he is a wonderful person overall with good energy. I highly recommend OGD and will be using them again to replace both garage door openers.

Kamm showed up as scheduled provided me with several options and explained the difference between each option. He fixed it quickly and recalibrated the garage opener tension limits. Excellent job. Highly recommend.
