The National Federation of Independent Business endorsed two north country incumbents who are in contested races.

The NFIB endorsed state Sen. Patty Ritchie, R-Heuvelton, who faces Democrat Amy Tresidder of Oswego, and Assemblywoman Janet Duprey, R-Peru, who is facing Karen Bisso on the Conservative line and Democrat Tim Carpenter.

The business group also endorsed Assemblymen Ken Blankenbush, R-Black River, and Will Barclay, R-Pulaski, and state Sens. Joe Griffo, R-Rome, and Betty Little, R-Queensbury. None of those incumbents have challengers.
