Garage door spring broke on Saturday morning at 9:30am. Unable to lift door due to size, could not get car out of garage. Called OGD, spoke to customer service representative who was able to schedule a repair technician to come to my home same day! Technician Michael arrived within an hour and replaced both springs on the door, adjusted travel of door, lubricated all hinges, springs, chain, and gears. Michael was excellent and AVAILABLE. I had called another company and could not get through to anyone. I will be using OGD for my garage door needs moving forward. 5-star experience!

OGD came to my house to repair a broken bracket on one of my garage doors.

Seth was the technician who came to conduct the repair. The experience was fantastic!

He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the recommended fix action. After I approved the quote, he immediately got to work. He already had necessary parts and tools with him. The repair was done extremely quick, and works fantastic! He even went out of his way to pop a few bends out of my garage door to get everything even and clean looking again.
