WATERTOWN — City police charged Chad E. Bishop, 35, of 1034 Bronson St., Upper Apt., with second-degree trespassing after he allegedly entered a home on Moulton Street.

Police said Mr. Bishop entered the home of Sharon Bishop, on the street’s 200 block, without her permission.

Charged at 6:40 a.m. at the residence, Mr. Bishop also was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration after he allegedly refused to sign his name to a booking form to formally complete the arrest.

He was held pending his arraignment in City Court.
