AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Marc A. Stevens, 55, of Lorraine with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian at 9:43 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Market Street.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Brianna K. Jacob, 26, of Massena for speed in zone (55/30 mph zone) at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Lower Pine Street.
