LOWVILLE — The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lowville man at 6:38 Sunday morning after an alleged domestic dispute.
Oscar J. Medina, 31, of 5965 Waters Road, hid from deputies and when located provided a false name and date of birth, deputies said.
Mr. Medina was charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug, heroin, with intent to sell, a Class B felony, two misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanor false personation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was sent to the Lewis County jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
The Lowville Police Department and K9 Wyman aided in the arrest.
