The Ogdensburg The Place-Missert’s Molson Maples Old Timers Hockey team will host a captain and crew golf tournament on Saturday, Aug. 9 at the Langbrook Meadows Golf and Country Club in Brier Hill.
The tournament will open with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. and all teams are asked to be at the course by 9:30 a.m.
The entry fee is $280 (make checks payable to Ogdensburg Oldtimers Hockey) per team and includes lunch on the course, a dinner at Langbrook Meadows, prize money and a skins game.
Prize money will be determined on amount of teams. Mulligans will be offered for an additional $20.

The Gilbert Greens Second Annual Captain and Crew Tournament will be held August 2 at 11 a.m.
There will be 100% payback to players.
The entry fee is $65 for non-members and weekday members and $40 for full members.
The entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, team cash prizes for top four teams. First place is $500, second place is $300, third place is $200 and fourth place is $100.
There will be $700 in skins, $660 for greenies ($165 per hole), and $100 raffle drawing.
Prizes are based on a minimum of 16 teams entered.
Money will be increased or decreased depending on teams.
Womens and seniors teams will be utilized. Seniors are ages 70 and older.
Each team receives four mulligans to be utilized anywhere on the course. Prizes will be paid out at the bar when finished.
A $40 deposit is required to reserve your team’s spot.
Food and beverages can be purchased at the Inn on the Greens.
This is strictly an amateur tournament. Please no PGA or CGA cardholders.
