CLAYTON — The annual Rock for the River fundraising musical event will return to Clayton for Fourth of July weekend.
Rock for the River will be held July 5 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Clayton Opera House, 405 Riverside Drive.
Each year, event founder Jay Nash brings original songwriters and musicians to the Clayton Opera House for a night of live music. This year’s lineup includes Jay Nash, Joe Purdy, Garrison Starr, Eliza Moore, Sally Jaye, Amber Rubarth and Brian Wright. All ticket proceeds directly support Save The River’s advocacy, education and research programs.
Advance tickets are $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Tickets at the door will be more and available on a limited basis. Tickets can be purchased online at www. claytonoperahouse.com, by calling 686-2200 or visiting the Clayton Opera House box office.
