WATERTOWN — State police charged Julio A. Gomez, 55, of 302 S. Massey St., with forcible touching after his alleged involvement in an incident at Fort Drum’s Guthrie Ambulatory Health Care Clinic.

Police said Mr. Gomez inappropriately touched a female employee at the clinic.

Charged at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, he is to appear in LeRay Town Court.
