POTSDAM - Jake Facey (1 assist) and Payton VanBibber netted four goals apiece as the Canton Central boys lacrosse team churned out a 15-0 NAC win over Colton-Pierrepont under the lights at the SUNY Potsdam turf field on Thursday.

Hunter Yerdon struck for another three goals while Cody Moore generated a goal and three assists as the Golden Bears (2-0) worked their way to a 4-0 lead by the end of the first quarter before adding another five unanswered goals in the second quarter in building a commanding 9-0 lead. Josh Huiatt (1 assist), Garrett Glasgow and Dan Ames netted the other Canton goals while Nate Gibson handled five shots backstopping the shutout.

Sophomore Major McKinley turned aside 16 shots working the crease for the Colts (0-2).
