A 19-year-old Watertown man and his 18-year-old sister were arrested by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies after an alleged domestic incident at their home.
Jacob A. Endres and Kailey A. Endres, both of 21042 Weaver Road, were arrested at their residence Friday afternoon.
Deputies said Mr. Endres obstructed his sisters breathing when he grabbed and applied pressure to her throat. Ms. Endres was accused of striking her brother in the face with her hand.
Mr. Endres also allegedly punched a cabinet belonging to his mother, Keri S. McArdell, breaking the door.
He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree criminal mischief and arraigned in Watertown Town Court before being sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $1,500 bail.
Ms. Endres was charged with second-degree harassment and issued an appearance ticket to Town Court.
