HARRISVILLE Following an alleged property damage motor vehicle accident Sunday evening, a Harrisville man was charged with driving while intoxicated.
According to police, Michael B. Rose, 44, was driving on Middle Branch Road at around 7 p.m. At the scene, state police allegedly determined he was intoxicated.
His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, they said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication under state law.
He was charged with DWI at 8:20 p.m. and will answer the charge in Diana Town Court. Police did not elaborate on the extent of the property damage.
