DWI - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Donald S. Strawcutter, 43, of Punxsutawney, Pa., with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right and impeding traffic by driving too slow at 12:15 a.m. Saturday on state Route 37 in the town of Louisville.



DWI - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Jennilee A. Jacobs, 31, of Fort Covington with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 3:07 a.m. Saturday on Chateaugay Street in the town of Fort Covington.



BURGLARY - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Dylan P. Thivierge, 18, of Madrid with second-degree burglary and third-degree burglary Friday stemming from an investigation into a larceny from building complaint filed with troopers on Dec. 10 from the town of Waddington.



STOLEN PROPERTY - LISBON - Massena-based state police charged Caleb B. Carr, 18, of Waddington with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.



MARIJUANA POSSESSION - GOUVERNEUR - Gouverneur-based state police reported Saturday they had charged Sherynn R. Chrysler, 23, of Akwesasne Ont., with an unlawful possession of marijuana violation at 3:55 p.m. March 11 following a stop on Route 11 in the town of Gouverneur.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Friday and early Saturday. Among those:

■ Jacob Dillon Cook, 19, of Malone and Greg Lawrence Snyder, 37, of Moira at 2:25 p.m. Friday on Route 11, near Harrison Place, in the village of Malone.

■ Ronald L. Thomas, 57, of North Bangor at 6:54 a.m. Saturday on Route 11, near Elmer Road, in the town of Moira.
