PHILADELPHIA — Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lisa M. Kearney, 36, of Enterprise, Ala., on three counts of second-degree criminal contempt after deputies said she went to a school and sent flowers to a pair of minors she was ordered not to contact.

She was arrested at Indian River Intermediate School on the first charge at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. According to deputies, she intentionally went to the school of a 10-year-old girl, violating a stay-away order of protection issued by Family Court in March 2013.

Ms. Kearney also is accused of sending flowers to the 10-year-old girl and as well as a 13-year-old girl whom she also is forbidden to contact. The flowers were sent to the girls at school on Jan. 23 and to a LeRay residence on Jan. 29.

She was charged on the most recent count in Antwerp Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, on $5,000 bail. She was also arraigned in LeRay Town Court and Philadelphia Town Court and held at the jail pending appearances in those courts.
