Ogdensburg police ticketed Derrick L. German, 42, of 816 Congress St., at 5 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Ford and State streets for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle following a two-car property damage accident.

Police arrested Kyle W. Streeter, 20, of 20 Loafers Bluff Drive, at 5:40 p.m. Monday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was originally charged with an open container violation. Mr. Streeter was released with an appearance ticket.

Police arrested 38-year old Jason E. Kerr, of 930 Ford St., Apt. 2, at 11:36 p.m. Monday at his home for aggravated criminal contempt. Before he was arraigned, Mr. Kerr complained of foot and ankle pain and was admitted to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center for a broken bone that required surgery. Police said Mr. Kerr told them he did not remember how the break happened, and was intoxicated at the time of the arrest. Police said Mr. Kerr is still in custody at the hospital and has not yet been arraigned. No further details were available.

Sharon A. Dobbs, 51, of 424 Mansion Ave., was arrested by police on a city court bench warrant at 12:31 p.m. Tuesday at the police station for failing to pay a fine. She was originally charged with having a dog at large. Ms. Dobbs posted $40 bail and released with an appearance ticket.

Tyler C. Brabant, 19, of 806 Caroline St., was arrested by police on a city court bench warrant at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday at the police station for failing to pay a fine. He was originally charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Mr. Brabant posted $50 bail and was released with an appearance ticket.

James A. Samarco II, 22, of 854 County Route 33, Madrid, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. Tuesday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He was originally charged with fishing without a license and taking fish that were out of season. Mr. Samarco posted $60 bail and was released with an appearance ticket.

Frank A. Samarco Jr., 50, of 221 Paterson St., Apt. 1, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. Tuesday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear to his court date. He was originally charged with harboring an unlicensed dog. Mr. Samarco posted $40 bail and was released with an appearance ticket.
