Residents will get a chance to talk about the citys annual sidewalk program during a public hearing tonight.
On Dec. 2, the Watertown City Council selected portions of 11 streets to include in this years program. Residents can pay $5.25 per square foot for the work over a 10-year period, hire a contractor or do the work themselves.
The streets chosen are: Brainard, Cadwell, Flower Avenue East, Park Avenue and Franklin, Gotham, Hamlin, Myrtle, Nellis, William and Winslow streets.
The public hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the third-floor council chambers in City Hall, 245 Washington St.
The meeting will be held tonight because City Hall was closed Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The other portion of the council meeting will start at 7 p.m.
