A portion of Greene and Park streets were closed as a tow truck removed a car from a snow bank after a two-car collision Friday afternoon.
Ogdensburg police said Victoria P. Jennings, 65, 140 McIntyre Road, who driving a Chrysler PT Cruiser westbound on Greene Street, ran a stop sign before striking a white sedan driven by Daren E. Kinch, 47, 825 South Water St. Mr. Kinch was driving southbound on Park Street when he was struck. The impact forced the white sedan onto a snow bank on Park Street.
The accident happened at 12:46 p.m.
Despite complaints of minor pain, both drivers refused hospital care, city police said.
City police ticketed Mrs. Jennings driving the PT cruiser for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
