MARCY — Karyss Terrance hit double figures for the ninth time in 11 games, but it wasn’t enough as SUNY Canton fell to host SUNY Institute of Technology 84-55 in a women’s college basketball game on Sunday.

SUNYIT (6-4), paced by Nijah Townsend with 16 points, led 46-25 at halftime.

Janelle Bradish added nine points and eight rebounds for the Roos (2-9).

■ Junior goalie Morgan Barr set a career best with 44 saves, but the SUNY Canton men’s hockey fell 4-2 Sunday to host Curry College at Milton, Mass. J.R. Lafferty and Nick Vasilopoulos scored for SUNY Canton (3-12-1).
