FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Cassidy A. Tanzella, 20, of Solvay for failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in a roadway following a traffic stop at 1:06 a.m. Wednsday on Main Street.



DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Adam J. Allen, 27, of Dekalb Junction with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust and a registtration plate display violation at 2:02 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Market Street. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent.



INADEQUATE TAIL LAMPS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Rolland E. Richards, 72, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with inadequate tail lamps at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Alexander G. Boak, 24, of Norwood for following too closely following a two-vehicle accident at 6 p.m. Wednesday on Route 56 in front of Price Chopper.
