ASSAULT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged a 15-year-old youth at the Salmon River Central School with third-degree attempted assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 19 after the youth allegedly assaulted another student. The youth was issued a ticket to appear at a later date in Family Court.



STALKING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Joshua A. Garrow, 23, of Akwesasne with fourth-degree stalking and second-degree aggravated harassment on Wednesday following an incident with a 17-year-old victim. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released to reappear Dec. 10.



STOP SIGN - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Craig F. Roundpoint, 27, of Akwesasne, Que., for disobeying a stop sign following a traffic stop on Wednesday. He will appear Dec. 9 in Tribal Court.



ARREST WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Kashtin M. Millett, 21, of Akwesasne on Thursday on an active probation violation warrant. He was transported and held at the Franklin County Jail.



ARREST WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Ronald A. Huff, 35, of Norwood on Thursday on an active arrest warrant. He was transported to Bombay Town Court, where he paid his fine and was released.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Dana D. Thompson, 57, of Rooseveltown for permitting unlicensed operation following a motor vehicle accident Thursday in Hogansburg. She will appear Jan. 13 in Tribal Court.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Steven B. Cook, 57, of Hogansburg for following too close following a three-car motor vehicle accident Saturday on St. Regis Road. He will appear Dec. 9 in Tribal Court.



FORCIBLE TOUCHING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Thomas L. Stacey, 63, of Akwesasne with one count of forcible touching and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Sunday. The charges stem from an incident that occurred Saturday. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to reappear at a later date. An order of protection was issued by the court.
