TRESPASS - BUCKTON - Massena-based state police charged Marcus J. Logan, 24, of 361 County Route 50, Brasher Falls, with a trespassing violation Friday evening following an investigation into an incident that occurred at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 8 at 32 Buckton Road. He allegedly went to the Kenneth Charleston residence at 327 Buckton Road and spun his tires in the driveway. Logan’s estranged wife also lives at that residence.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Adam A. Forde, 34, of Ajax, Ont., with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 8:30 p.m. Sunday on state Route 37 in the town of Massena.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - Malone-based state police investigated a property damage accident at 3:43 a.m. Monday on state Route 458, near Days Mills Road, in the town of Waverly. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Zachary D. Brockway, 24, of St. Regis Falls.
