Disorderly conduct plea in city court

A Lisbon man agreed Tuesday in Ogdensburg City Court to plea guilty to disorderly conduct.

Victor L. LaFlair, 29, of 1673 Route 28, was originally charged July 11 with fourth-degree criminal mischief when he allegedly damaged a door at 930 Ford St.

Mr. LaFlair was given a one-year conditional discharge, fined $100 and told to pay $120 in surcharges.

He was represented by the St. Lawrence County Conflict Defender’s Office.

—Edward C.M. Brossoit III, 20, of 329 Hasbrouck St., Ogdensburg, released on his own recognizance after signing an order to submit to a DNA test that was part of a guilty plea to an Aug. 16 petit larceny charge.
