CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Christopher A. Delosh, 28, of Massena with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 1:12a.m. Thursday after patrols responded to a complaint of drugs found inside a local business. Delosh was repoertedly in possession of heroin.
CROSSWALK VIOLATION - POTSDAM -Village police ticketed Arnold E. Mason, 63, of Hogansburg for failure to stop for a pedestrian in the crosswalk at 10:15 a.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Main Street.
FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Alyssa T. Theobald, 17, of Potsdam for failure to yield right of way/left turn at 1245 p.m. Thursday following a property damage accident on Market Street at Sandstone Drive. Police said Martins was dispatched forthe tow of a four-door sedan with significant front end damage.
