Senior Katherine Harriengers goal her first of the season proved to be the game winner as Watertowns girls soccer team blanked Immaculate Heart Central 2-0 on Monday night for a Frontier League A Division victory at Watertown High School.
Harrienger scored unassisted in the fourth minute and Jillian Girardi followed with a goal in the 47th minute for the Cyclones (5-4-3 overall, 5-3-2 league).
Katie Aldrich made six saves to record the shutout for second-place Watertown, which plays at A Division leader Carthage at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Skylar Short made four saves for the Cavaliers (3-7-2, 3-6-1).
LOWVILLE 2, GENERAL BROWN 0
Isabelle Hanno tallied a goal in each half as the Red Raiders blanked the Lions in a B Division game in Dexter.
Hanno scored in the first half, with Selena Beller assisting, and scored on a breakaway in the second half to account for the games scoring for Lowville (8-2).
Alexis Bach made one save for the Red Raiders (8-2).
Chelsea VanTassel finished with 15 saves for General Brown (0-12).
COPENHAGEN 7, LAFARGEVILLE 0
Claire Stackel generated four goals as the Golden Knights routed the Red Knights in a D Division game at Copenhagen.
Maci Spaulding scored twice and Emma Roberts added a goal and three assists for Copenhagen (12-0).
LaFargeville dropped to 1-10.

Diana Dotson generated three goals, including two consecutive tallies to open the second half, to spark the Patriots to a D Division triumph over the Panthers in Belleville.
Sarah Gray contributed a goal and an assist, and Katie Lapusnak recorded a pair of assists for Sackets Harbor (4-8).
Goalie Lauren Harrienger made four saves to register the shutout for the Patriots.
Belleville Henderson fell to 2-10.

Ryan Sheridan accounted for one goal and two assists during the Lions Frontier League B Division victory at Dexter.
Shawn Wilcox produced two goals within two minutes of each other, and Cole Johnson and David Vodicka each supplied one goal and one assist. Ryan Lamon made five saves for General Brown (5-7-1).
