Skewed Brewing Co. will open at 11:30 a.m. today at Salmon Run Mall.
The 2,250-square-foot pub and restaurant is next to the entrance of Regal Cinemas. It will have a grand opening, which will include live music, during the weekend of Oct. 18, 19 and 20.
The business is co-owned by Ryan N. and Cheryl C. Chaif, owners of the Hops Spot restaurant in Sackets Harbor, and Mark P. Crandall. With space for 100 diners, the business features a brick oven, 40-foot stainless steel bar and outdoor cafe. Fermentation tanks on site will be used to make homemade brews.
