COPENHAGEN — Sophomore Claire Stackel tallied a career-high 12 points, on five goals and two assists, to lead unbeaten Copenhagen to an 8-2 victory over Alexandria in a Frontier League “D” Division girls soccer game on Friday.

Emma Roberts scored twice and Alicia Evans added a late goal for the Golden Knights (9-0).

Stackel, in her fourth varsity season, matched a career high in goals. She scored five in a game against Belleville Henderson last season.

Amanda Lingenfelter provided a goal and an assist for Alexandria (2-6).

SOUTH JEFFERSON 4, INDIAN RIVER 0

Hayley Maguire provided a goal and an assist in the first half as the Spartans secured a crossover victory at Adams.

Morgan Alexander, Dana Cowles and Sidney Hall also scored, and goalie Jackie Decker stopped seven shots for South Jefferson (7-1-1).

Indian River is 3-6, 2-5.

THOUSAND ISLANDS 2, LYME 0

Morgan Robbins scored from Katelyn Docteur in the fourth minute, and the Vikings claimed a crossover victory over the Indians at Clayton Recreation Park.

Kerstin Phelps scored on a direct kick six minutes later, and Aliceson Cornaire finished with nine saves for Thousand Islands (7-2).

Goalie Lauren Campbell stopped 10 shots for Lyme (6-2-1).

SANDY CREEK 3, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 0

Kylie Hanni scored twice, once on a corner kick, to lift the Comets past the Panthers in a crossover game at Belleville.

Katie Austin added a goal while McKenna Guarasce and Michaela Martin combined for 14 saves in the shutout for Sandy Creek (4-4-1). Belleville Henderson dropped to 2-7.

SOUTH LEWIS 2, SACKETS HARBOR 1

Reegan Domagala scored the game-winner on a throw-in from Alexis Olmstead, and the Falcons earned a crossover victory over the Patriots at Turin.

Jayne Strigle converted a penalty kick to tie the game early in the second half, and goalie Miranda Rys stopped seven shots for South Lewis (2-5-1).

Diana Dotson scored the first goal of the game midway through the first half, and Lauren Harrienger finished with seven saves for Sackets Harbor (3-6).

BEAVER RIVER 2, LAFARGEVILLE 0

Raegan Becker scored both goals to help lift the Beavers to a crossover victory over the Red Knights at Beaver Falls.

Becker’s first goal was scored on a penalty kick in the 11th minute. She registered an insurance goal with one minute left in the game by launching the ball to the far post. It hit the post and went in the goal. Beaver River improved to 5-3-1.

Destiny James made 19 saves for LaFargeville (1-7).
