The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Nikki L. Daniels, 33, of 16723 County Route 76, Adams Center, was charged by Watertown police at 2:40 a.m. Thursday with aggravated DWI, speeding, having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle and failure to keep right. Her blood alcohol content was listed as 0.28 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Ashley A. Fulmer, 24, of 110 N. Indiana Ave., was charged by state police with aggravated DWI and driving without headlights at 1:05 a.m. Thursday on Huntington Street. Her BAC was 0.18 percent, police said.
■ Jeff A. Hehn, 51, Lake George, was charged by state police at 8:26 p.m. Friday on County Route 194 in the town of Antwerp. His BAC was listed as 0.17 percent.
■ Leroi L. Weaver-Johnson, 24, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 1:41 a.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of LeRay. He had a BAC of 0.12 percent, police said.
■ Ethan C. Sauer, 20, Croghan, was charged by state police at 2:08 a.m. Saturday on Route 126 in the town of New Bremen. His BAC was not available.
■ Dustin S. Grape, 30, Lisbon, was charged by state police with felony DWI, unlicensed operation, failure to keep right, driving an unregistered and uninsured all-terrain vehicle and illegal operation of an ATV on a closed highway after he crashed into a car early Thursday on Route 37 in the town of Waddington.
Police said Mr. Grape was driving west when he struck an oncoming vehicle driven by Rebecca Plourde, 26, Massena. She was taken by Waddington Rescue Squad to Massena Memorial Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Mr. Grape was arraigned in Waddington Town Court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
The DWI charge was a felony because of a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years.
