King, 28, of Akwesasne, Que., with driving while intoxicated, operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Saturday. Police allege King’s blood alcohol content was 0.09 percent.
