U.S. Rep. William L. Owens, D-Plattsburgh, announced Wednesday that he has several fall semester internship positions available in his offices in Watertown, Plattsburgh, Glens Falls and Washington.
Anyone over 18 can apply to be an intern by completing a form online. Internship forms are available at http://wdt.me/Yk8nu8.
While internships and associated travel and living expenses are unpaid, interns often can receive college credit for the program through their academic institutions.
Applicants also can fax a cover letter and resume to the congressmans Washington office at 202-226-0621 or send their application by mail to any one of the district offices, including the Watertown office at 120 Washington St., Suite 200.
