A Watertown teenager has been indicted on an allegation that she stabbed her father in the leg with a knife in February.

Jamiliah R. Smith, 18, is charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree reckless endangerment. The charges were contained in a grand jury indictment handed up Thursday in Jefferson County Court.

It is alleged that on Feb. 24 at her residence at 657 Olive St., Apt. 6, she placed her father, Jami R. Smith, at substantial risk of serious injury by stabbing him with a kitchen knife.

Other indictments handed up include:

Brian J. Barlow, 45, Carthage, is charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving across hazard markings. It is alleged that he drove July 20, 2012, on County Route 40 in the town of Wilna with a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent. Under state law, 0.18 percent BAC is the threshold for aggravated DWI. The state’s standard for intoxication is 0.08 percent BAC. He is charged with a felony because of prior alcohol-related convictions. It is also alleged that he drove across a fog line.

Wendy J. McMahon, 45, Gouverneur, faces counts of felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, circumvention of an ignition interlock device and driving across hazard markings. It is alleged that she drove with a BAC of 0.12 percent Nov. 17, 2011, on Route 11 in the town of LeRay while her driver’s license was suspended or revoked.

The DWI charge is a felony because she has been convicted of DWI within the past 10 years. She was also ordered to install an ignition interlock device on any vehicle she owns or operates, but allegedly failed to comply with the interlock provision
