CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Derek R. Sessions, 39, of 2951 County Route 47, Norfolk, with a felony count of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 1:07 a.m. Thursday after troopers responded to a domestic dispute complaint at his ex-wife’s residence on Remington Avenue. He reportedly was heavily intoxicated when he drove to the Remington Avenue address and damaged two vehicles that were parked there. Sessions refused to take a breathalyzer test, troopers said. He was arraigned by Norfolk Town Justice Donald Lustyik and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region Wednesday. Among those:

■ Steffanie J. Premo, 17, of Massena at 4:02 p.m. on state Route 56, near Adams Road, in the town of Potsdam.

■ Vernon H. Lamica, 61, of Brushton at 2:34 p.m. on County Route 42, near Cushman Road, in the town of Fort Covington.
