Semipro football: Revolution to host Impact on Saturday at Carthage

CARTHAGE — The Watertown Revolution is set to host the Finger Lakes Impact in an Northeastern Football Alliance East “A” Division game at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Carthage High School.

The Revolution (2-1) is coming off its first loss of the season, 28-14, to the Impact last Saturday at Waterloo High School. Watertown allowed 21 second-half points after trailing 7-6 at halftime.

Finger Lakes (3-0) leads the division, while Watertown is second. Cortland (0-2) is the only other active team in the division. The Revolution will host the Troy Fighting Irish (3-0) on June 29 at Carthage before its mid-season bye week. Troy has won the last three NFA championships.
