OGDENSBURG A Canton womans order of protection against an Ogdensburg police officer has no impact on the policemans job, Police Chief Richard J. Polniak Jr. said Thursday.
Corey J. Maxner, 26, Canton, pleaded not guilty Wednesday afternoon before Town Justice Christopher J. Curley to allegations that he kicked and banged a strangers front door in the village May 11.
