POTSDAM - Potsdam Central voters overwhemingly approved a $27.3 million spending plan by a 618-148 margin.

Micheal H. Wallace, 571 votes: JUdith M. Hinman, 548; and Ralph L. Fuller, 522; were elected to the three seats on the school board. Ann M. Carvill, a former board member, rounded out the field with 362 votes.
