Ogdensburg city police ticketed Stephanie L. Jackson, 34, of 930 Ford St., apt. 2, at 11:20 p.m. Thursday at her home for second degree harassment. No further details were available.

Thomas A. Bergeron, 35, of 162 Union St., Heuvelton, was ticketed at 2:46 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Lafayette and State Street for following too closely after a three care motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.

Police arrested Edward G. Gagnon III, 23, of 455 Belmont Courts, on a city court bench warrant at 8:11 p.m. Saturday at 911 New York Ave. for second degree harassment. Mr. Gagnon was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Police ticketed Timothy P. Spooner, 61, of 1111 Washington St., at 12:34 a.m. Sunday at the Belmont Court Circle for parking in a fire lane.

Police arrested Kareem Guillaume, 26, at 11:15 a.m. Monday at the Ogdensburg Port of Entry for being a fugitive from justice. Mr. Guillaume, who did not give police a home address, was wanted for crimes committed in Massachusetts and has been arrested in Canada before they brought him to the border. Police did not have further details. Mr. Guillaume was arraigned and is being held without bail in county jail.
