BURGLARY - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Timothy A. Scott, 26, of 29 Prospect St., B-1, Norwood, with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into an incident at the Potsdam Walmart. Scott reportedly entered the Walmart store on April 16 despite previously being banned from the property and damaged two game controller packages in an alleged attempt to remove them from a security device. He was arraigned by Potsdam Town Justice Sam Charleson and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
