Brandy L. Grenier, 29, of 311 Belmont Courts, and Lawrence B. Grenier 36, of 938 County Route 4, were arrested at 12:31 p.m. and 4:42 p.m. Wednesday, respectively, for third-degree assault. Both were arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released on her own recognizance, Ogdensburg police said. The address and age of the victim, Michelle Horton, were unavailable.

Corey S. Grice, 44, of 1332 Ford St., was arrested on a city court bench warrant at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday at the 1500 block of Ford Street for endangering the welfare of a child, city police said. He was arraigned by Judge A. Michael Gebo and released on his own recognizance.

An order of protection was issued against him, city police said.

Morgan J. Rishe, 22, of 423 Washington St., was ticketed for following too closely behind Donna M. Chariat, 54, of 813 Caroline St., after their vehicles collided at the corner of Lafayette and Morris streets at 7:14 p.m. Tuesday, city police said.

Robert C. Jayson, 27, of 201 Cedar St., was charged at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday at his home with petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket, city police said.

David R. Redmond, 30, of 1113 Ford St., was charged at Belmont Courts at 4:42 p.m. with unlawful possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct after he got into a fight with Gauge L. Tyo, 21, of 714 Main St. Mr. Tyo was also charged with disorderly conduct. Both were released on appearance tickets.

Angela J. Robertson, 42, of 624 Irvin St., was arrested at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday for failure to appear in court. She was originally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was arraigned by Judge A. Michael Gebo and released on her own recognizance, city police said.

April L. Hawkins, 41, of 938 Paterson St., was charged at the corner of East David and Paterson streets at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and for failure to use a turn signal, city police said. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Jamie K. Shaver, 25, of 151 Belmont Courts, was arrested on a city court bench warrant for second-degree harassment. He was released on an appearance ticket, city police said.

Caleb B. Carr, 17, of 11 Putney Road, Lisbon, was charged at Northwest Tech, 1000 Park St., for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket, city police said.

Edna M. Ashley, 81, of 6613 Route 37, was ticketed for failure to yield right of way at the 100 block of Mansion Avenue after her vehicle struck that of Marilyn J. Massia, 74, of 223 Morris St., at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday, city police said.

Norman R. Todd, 47, of 928 Knox St., was charged at 11:24 a.m. Tuesday with third-degree assault. He was released on an appearance ticket, city police said.

Jason R. Kerr, 37, of 1301 Ford St, was charged at 10:10 am. Tuesday on the 900 block of Ford Street with criminal contempt after he violated an order of protection, city police said. He was released on an appearance ticket, city police said.

Darrin Snyder, 43, of 525 Albany Ave., was arrested at 10 a.m. Tuesday on a city court bench warrant after he failed to appear in court. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, city police said.

Tammy L. Hockler, 43, of 215 Montgomery St., reported to city police that someone dumped ravioli on her vehicle which was parked outside the Ansen Corporation, 100 Chimney Point Drive, at 6:18 p.m. Tuesday, city police said.
