Crandall and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.
The pre-sentence report had recommended Snyder be sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge with a stipulation he perform 30 hours of community service,
Village police also executed a warrant from St. Lawrence County Court for an alleged probation violation. He will be held on that charge at the county jail pending an appearance in St. Lawrence County Court.
