Evans Mills

Honored: Song H. Choi, Evans Mills, was named honors program student of the week for March 18 at Jefferson Community College, Watertown. Ms. Choi, native of Korea, graduated from Incheon Business School, Korea, and is majoring in physical education at JCC. For her honors options, she completed a comparison of physical education systems between different countries. After graduating from JCC, she plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in community health and athletic training.

Honored: Vidhi V. Udeshi, Watertown, recently received the Emerging Leader Award from the State University of New York. Ms. Udeshi, a business administration major at Jefferson Community College, is president of the college’s business club and Tau Xi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society for two-year colleges. She plans to transfer to another college to pursue a bachelor’s degree in international trade and development and finance. Ms. Udeshi hopes to become an attorney, specializing in international or corporate law.
