MENACING - MASSENA - Joseph J. Belile, 29, of 3 Willow St. Apt. 30, was charged by village police with second-degree menacing, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday following an incident on Andrews Street. He was then arraigned by Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he is being held without bail.



ILLEGAL TINTING - MASSENA - Patrick R. Lloyd, 25, of 16 Haskell St., Massena, was ticketed by village police for illegal tinting at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Haskell Street.



FAILURE TO YIELD - MASSENA - Kathleen R. Crissey, 64, of Marietta, N.Y., was ticketed by village police for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign at 1:29 p.m. Wednesday following a property damage on Sycamore Street.



ILLEGAL TINTING - MASSENA - Ryan J. O’Neil, 23, of Hempstead, N.Y. was ticketed by village police for illegal tinting at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Main Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Thomas L. Clark, 16, of 472 county Route 37, Massena, was ticketed by village police for speeding at 8:02 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette Road.



FAILURE TO USE LANE - Nancy J. Levan, 34, of 182 Wallace Road, Norfolk, was ticketed for failure to use designated lane at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Parker Avenue.
