POTSDAM — Village police arrested a Potsdam man Tuesday night following a disturbance at a Laundromat in the SeaComm Plaza.

Police responded to a complaint of a man harassing customers at 10:30 p.m. and spoke to Corey A. Peck, 33. Mr. Peck refused to cooperate, police said, throwing garbage on the ground and swearing as he left the building. He was physically taken into custody, police said.

Mr. Peck was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and littering, and released on appearance tickets.
