DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Christian D. Feete, 18, of Greenlawn with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 11:20 p.m. Thursday on state Route 11 in the town of Potsdam after troopers observed his vehicle cross over the center road markings. He was also ticketed for failure to keep right. Feete reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.10 percent.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CHAMPLAIN - Chazy-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on County Route 19 at state Route 11 in the town of Champlain. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Samuel E. Merriam, 38, of Brasher Falls and Helen C. Bedard, 54, of Champlain.
