Alexandra L. Augsbury, 25, of Ogdensburg, was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. on Caroline Street for driving the wrong way on a one way street, city police reported.

Kenneth A. Lee, 50, of 400 Mansion Ave., was arrested Wednesday at 9:28 p.m. for three counts of felony criminal possession of a forged instrument. Ogdensburg police said the charges stemmed from his allegedly writing checks that belonged to somebody else. He was arraigned in city court and released to probation supervision.

Bradley S. Stewart, 31, of 524 Bigelow St., was arrested Wednesday at 8:56 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for second-degree harassment, city police reported. He was released on his own recognizance and told to abide by an order of protection for the person he allegedly harassed.

Nicholas A. Nugent, 21, of 1021 Main St., was ticketed Tuesday at 8:13 p.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a collision with another vehicle on Lafayette Street. Ogdensburg identified the other driver as Troy E. Thomas, 38, of Ogdensburg.
