PHILADELPHIA — Corey L. Lee, 35, of 652 N. Philadelphia Court, was charged Tuesday afternoon by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

He is accused of grabbing a 14-year-old boy by the throat, throwing him on the ground and throwing a bicycle at him during an incident Nov. 21 in his home. The incident occurred in front of Mr. Lee’s 4-year-old son, deputies said.

Mr. Lee was arraigned in Philadelphia Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, on $1,500 bail.
