MASSENA - Robert J. Mackerer, 43, of 387 S. Main St., Apt. #4 was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana by village police at 6:43 a.m. Saturday.

His girlfriend was staying at the home of her ex-boyfriend at 492 S. Main St,. Apt. #1, and Mr. Mackerer attempted to enter the apartment without permission, according to police.

When police arrived he was allegedly intoxicated and kicking and pounding on the door while screaming.

Police said they found marijuana in his pockets.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court.
