DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Joshua A. Harvey, 20, of Champlain and Bradley J. Campagna, 21, of Monroe with disorderly conduct at 2:12a.m. Saturday followng an incident on Market at Main streets. Police said they broke up a fight between the two men at the intersection of Market Street and Main Street.
