■ WANAKENA — Dierdre K. Scozzafava, a deputy state secretary of state, will make a presentation on Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s State of the State and budget plan at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the main classroom of the Ranger School.

■ Jefferson Community College’s sixth annual Relay for Life Scrapbooking Crop is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today in the McVean Center courtyard. A fee of $45 for adults and $25 for children ages 10 to 16 is required. Proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.
