Miles J. Matthews, 26, of 10114 4th Armored Division Drive, Apt. 124, Fort Drum, was charged by city police Wednesday night with petit larceny. Police accused him of stealing a Gateway laptop computer worth $600 belonging to Jonathan LaTony, 629 Lillian St., on Tuesday from his residence.

Mr. Matthews was ordered to appear in City Court.
