Ogdensburg police arrested Conrad A. Larock, 30, of 5278 Route 68 Apt. 3, at 9:46 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Lafayette St., on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. Mr. Larock was initially pulled over and ticketed for failing to stay on the right side of the road and not stopping at a red light. He was also arrested for driving while impaired. Further details were not available. Mr. Larock was released under his own recognizance and handed over to the sheriff’s office which had a family court warrant for his arrest.

Keith Shaver, Jr., 39, of 818 Hamilton St., was arrested on a city court bench warrant at 10:47 a.m. Tuesday for second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released on his own recognizance, city police said.
